We use bonding technology on most of our items to help with function and style.
Each garment has specific care contents which should be followed on the label inside. Heat is not a friend to bonded technology so please LAY FLAT TO DRY ALL garments and do NOT tumble dry.
GLOWE products are ethically made in the U.S and Portugal.
Our fabrics are currently sourced from Italy and China.
Our shipping materials and bags are sourced from 100% RECYCLED materials in the U.S.

ORDERS
As a small start-up, we currently only ship FREE to the U.S. 50 STATES and Puerto Rico.
FREE SHIPPING does NOT apply to GIVEAWAYS and the Healthcare Hero Initiative.
We just started shipping to CANADA via USPS ONLY.
Customers may be subject to additional customs, duties, taxes or other fees on arrival.
Due to the logistics & complications of international shipping we're unable to provide FREE pre-paid return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping the package back to us in accordance with our RETURNS POLICY with rates calculated after submitting the return form.
An error message indicates there may be a problem with your credit card information. Please double check that your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file, that your card information is free from typos, and that you are using the latest version of your web browser.
We do our best to ship out orders within 24 hours on weekdays. As a result, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.

GLOWE will be one of the best gifts you can give to a mom-to-be or new mom (or yourself!). One way to go is our gift card, which will be sent to you via email or Apple Wallet.
As a new brand, we have small orders to figure out what the best items for our #GloweGirls are. As a result, there may be times items are out-of-stock or available for pre-order. Please always read the fine print, as items purchased using promotional codes may only be eligible for return for store credit or are final sale. Discounts are applied before the cost of shipping and tax and can't be applied to gift cards.
Items with prices in red are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. You will see a FINAL SALE tag in your cart and again during checkout. Please double check the items in your cart prior to purchase.
We know it is the worst feeling to buy something and then have it go on sale the next day!
Items purchased at full price within 3 days of the start of a sale are eligible for a store credit refund for the difference in price. Adjustments must be claimed within 3 days of the sale start date.
Sale price adjustments will be issued in the form of store credit and cannot be applied retroactively.
SHIPPING
We offer FREE STANDARD USA GROUND SHIPPING on domestic orders (3 – 7 Business Days) via USPS.
FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT apply to WEAR TEST items.
FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT apply to GIVEAWAYS and the Healthcare Hero Initiative.
We offer $5 PRIORITY USA GROUND SHIPPING on domestic orders. (3 Business Days) via USPS.
We offer FREE 2ND DAY AIR DOMESTIC SHIPPING on domestic orders over $400 USD. (2 Business Days)
Expedited USPS 2-Day orders must be placed by 1pm EST for same business day shipping. If you place an order using our expedited shipping option after 1pm EST your order will ship the following business day. Please note, expedited shipping does not include the option of Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Shipping rates to CANADA are calculated at checkout via USPS and do not include any duties, taxes or fees imposed by the law based on your shipping destination.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase on weekdays from Nevada, pending availability and credit verification.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will be shipped at the start of the following business week.
Expedited shipping orders placed before 1pm EST will ship the same business day.
Contact us immediately upon receiving your order confirmation if something is incorrect with your address.
Orders that are sent back to us because of an invalid address will be processed as returns and subject to our return policy.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once an order has been shipped to the address provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages.
If your order goes missing, please contact the shipping provider noted in your shipping confirmation email.

RETURNS
We think you will love your GLOWE purchase. If you don’t, we accept returns within 30 days from the order date. To initiate a return click here.
Please use the re-usable GLOWE MAILER that we sent your items in once we send you the shipping label. The mailer is RE-USABLE!!!

INTERNATIONAL:
Due to the logistics & complications of international shipping we're unable to provide FREE pre-paid return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping the package back to us in accordance with our RETURNS POLICY with rates calculated after submission.
International items can be returned at this time but at the expense of the customer. We do not refund shipping costs. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through GLOWE. These payments may be refunded by contacting your local customs office directly.
Once we receive your package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If approved, we’ll refund the full purchase price of any returned items (less the original shipping cost) to a GLOWE gift card or your original form of payment. If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
If you wish to exchange a product, you must initiate a return for the original item(s) and select the EXCHANGE option. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock and that you will be able to receive your replacement as fast as possible.
We are sorry to hear you have experienced an issue with one of your GLOWE items. Please send us an email on info@glowecollection.com with details of the fault and proof of purchase. We aim to respond within two business days with details on how to proceed. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
Items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Returns that are damaged, worn, washed, altered or have stains or odors will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.
Gift cards, final sale items, and items purchased with merchandise credit are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. You will see a FINAL SALE tag in your cart and again during checkout. Please double check the items in your cart prior to purchase.
