Please use the re-usable GLOWE MAILER that we sent your items in once we send you the shipping label.

We offer store credit for gift returns.

Once we receive your package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If approved, we’ll refund the full purchase price of any returned items (less the original shipping cost) to a GLOWE gift card or your original form of payment. If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item(s) and place a new order. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock and that you will be able to receive your replacement as fast as possible. Returns for store credit are free!

Items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that your received them. Returns that are damaged, worn, washed, altered or have stains or odors will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.
Gift cards, final sale items, and items purchased with merchandise credit are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. You will see a FINAL SALE tag in your cart and again during checkout. Please double check the items in your cart prior to purchase.
